Andy Fitzsimon is the only Art person I met in this company. Impressive talents, skills and experience but friendly, interesting and humor genterman. He switched geographical office with dream. Then later he left our company with glory.
It's no doubt that there's nothing like "There is no car with its wheels not replaceable." However, draining brains would affect morale of an organization if such drains are unnecessary.
