Last night went to Vietnamese Restaurant and ordered Pho Ba Bac - Beef Combination Rice Noodle Soup. Have been such a long while away from Vietnamese Cuisine, since there was a crowded one was reported by its ex-staff, about *reusing* soup from customer's leftover. Yuck.

The incidence then was spotted by gov dept and proved by their undercovers dropping indicator into leftover soup. The shop was closed for days and local newspaper has that. However, its business is still surprisingly not affected after. Might be not everyone reads local newspaper.
